My hubby thought he was doing something nice and secretly bought a pair of shoes that I had just tried on. Not 13 seconds later I said I didn't want them - they were the first I tried and please return them.

THEY WOULDN"T RETURN THEM. LESS THAN 30 SECONDS HAD PASSED! What kind of retail store will not return? They were not on sale - they were not part of any deal, he paid full price!


Manager said she had no authority to process returns and had to call head office to get a code - head office does not work on Saturdays... So we are stuck with shoes we don't want or a "gift card" to a store where we will never shop again because their policies are *** and don't respect their employees enough to give them power of discretion to return

If it’s an Ardene outlet store it will not do refund or return or even exchange due to the company policy. If it’s a regular Ardene store they will do it. There are two types of Ardene.
