I ordered the "Mountain Print Sherpa Sweatshirt" and it shipped normally, but when I got it, the fabric is horrible. Rough and scratchy, feels like cheap carpet, I can still feel it on my skin hours after trying the thing on.
Horrible. I looked for a way to return it from the US, but it doesn't look like you can do that. I guess I'll throw it out? I wish I could put a review on the site telling people looking not to buy this.
I'm out $38 total, will still be paying the Paypal in 4 for two weeks to really rub salt in the wound. (Selected "Full Refund" on this review bc that's what I wish I could get.
Don't think it's possible.) Sad, because I'd expected something cozy and soft and had been looking forward to it. Learned my lesson.

I went into your Coquitlam location on Wednesday after my daughters dental got a few things and we forgot my daughters bathing suit bottoms there a while back like maybe spring time so maybe March or April during spring break so I explain to the girl that I have a pair of pants at home and bathing suit bottoms, and I was just gonna come back and exchange them or get a gift card. If that was possible the girl said, let me ask my supervisor. The girl was dying decider told her the story she said yes no problem come back. I said I have an appointment Saturday.
Ill come back Saturday... so then I go I FaceTime my daughters, we figure out which bottoms they wanted to do with the exchange with go stand in line. Tell the girl that I was in on Wednesday they okayed me to come back to do an exchange for the bathing suit and the pants I would just got a gift card and I told him I had no receipt. They said that was fine.
so then she continue to say no I cant do that. Im sorry I said I dont get it. I have done that in the past she said well we cant keep doing this for you. I said I was here Wednesday I told him the story.
All I wanna do is exchange the bathing suit bottoms, and just a gift card for the pants. She said I can give you a different size. I said theres none for that and the daughter didnt like the way the other one tied up then she said if you have to give me an exact time I said I know it was spring and then she cut me off and said you got to be a little bit more helpful here Im trying to help you out I said if you didnt cut me off, I would tell you I was trying to say it was about spring break shopping so March or April the tag still on the plastic tip tag is still in the inside and she was rude to me and just said no I cant do that and I said I dont get it. Theyve done it before and she said we cant keep doing this for you.
Theres only a few exceptions I said, can you make the exception since you were work on Wednesday told me I could come back and I wasted time and gas and she said theres nothing I could do you can you call Customer Service Internet got so upset I left I told her she was a waste of my time and gas got in the car went to call customer service theyre closed so I called the other location which was Guilford. I told him the story and she said oh dear am I am not gonna go against anybody, but what we couldve done for you is giving you whats called a blank return and she said we usually do that if theres no tear if theres no receipt but the tag still intact and its in good condition I said it was like a new she took my information and asked me some stuff very nice to me. The other girl was so so rude. I was in management at Safeway for years.
I told her Ive never been treated this way. She made me embarrass in front of customers and like I was a scammer . The other girl at Guilford was so nice Annika was her name her and her supervisor took information called me on Monday told me I could do it. Ask me where I want to go do the exchange back and there was no problem just to let them know they were wonderful.
I dont mind going and spending money in their location.
I called back the other one to say I forgot her name so I called back and I got her name and she said it was Max Maxima something and I said Knox she said yes I explain to her that I called the other location and they said that she couldve given me the blank very rudely she said as I told you you werent being very specific and I was trying to help you I said youre rude with me and you told me you were the store manager and youre definitely not the store manager and she said why do you have such a hard time to believe that I said because of how youre treating me Ive been in management and this is not how you treat customers she said you called me for your name and you got that what more do you want and I said wow this is why I dont believe that your manager she said anything else I can help you with, and I said nope youre not very much help at all and then Annika and her team callback from guilford and were amazing so I hope this Max gets dealt with Cuz if she treats more customers like that like I never want to step in that location again and give them any kind of money. She doesnt deserve getting any kind of bonus or anything.

Hello,
The time of incident is approximately 3:45pm at the Trumbull Mall CT location. One of your workers who first stated she was the store manager and then later changed her story and said she was the assistant store manager but she refused to leave her name.
She was yelling at a customer about the lines. And I felt it was inappropriate. So I stated he is a human being and a customer you dont have to treat him in this way. This employee now starts yelling and cursing at me.
She was telling me it was none of my business. She is clearly wrong if your going to talk so poorly to anyone its everyones business. She called security on me and tried to have me physically removed because I called her out on her POOR behavior. The security stated they cant have me physically removed because I didnt actually do anything wrong.
So she told the cashier Madison at the register not to ring out my items. She stated the store manager Ashley stated she doesnt have to deal with customers like me. So she wanted to punish me for voicing my opinion. However, in the end it punishes your companies profots because her not allowing me to purchase an item is taking from your profits.
I would appreciate a phone call regarding this horrible situation. I believe whether its the first day or the last day of the store the customers should be treated well.
